At WholeMeat, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, contact customer support immediately.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items
  • Order cancellation approved by WholeMeat
  • Payment charged but order not confirmed

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after dispatch
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Delay caused by customer unavailability
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Product dissatisfaction without valid issue

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
